Yes, it makes our Pacific Time workdays so much longer :(

But I'm a huge fan of the dead. Does that mean I ... live ... for the undead?

Roger that, good buddy.
I might even have to (GASP!) read CNN.
While we're on the subject (so glad I brought it up), got any good recommendations for a news website? Judging by Yahoo's content, it is targeted at children. And the new NBCNews format is like a photo blog. I guess it's targeted at the illiterate, who just like to stare at the 6 pictures all day.
CNN is ok so long as you spot/avoid the clickbait, ignore the comments, and don't click on any outside news links.
Looks like it's time for an oppo question.

I just go to news.google, slashdot, oppo and check twitter. That's pretty much all my news.

I use google news to search for specific news reports that I remember from the past.
I don't have a twitter account. I've thought about it though.

Twitter is useful for some people. I use it for way too many things, but one of them is keeping up on tech news and articles. I've never really been much of an RSS feed guy.

If I used it, to be honest, I'd probably just follow my favorite comedians. And maybe any celebrities (actors, athletes, brains, musicians, philanthropists) I like that actually maintain an interesting account.

That's pretty fun. I used to follow that crowd, but recently had to purge a lot of accounts I was following... it got way out of hand... Now I just have a few lists that I check.
